Court: SD Tx  01/26/2021  District Court Denies Reconsideration Request in Dispute over Chapter 542 Claims

The court found that the insured wholly failed to present any evidence in response to the insurer's motion for summary judgment that the insurer had all information necessary to determine coverage for a claim by a certain date and, therefore, the court refused to alter its decision on the summary judgment.
