Court: ND Tx  04/14/2021  District Court Dismisses Occupational Accident Coverage Dispute for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction

The court found that, while the insured moved to Texas following his injuries, his contacts with Texas were insufficient to establish Texas as an appropriate forum for resolving a dispute with his insurer over his entitlement to further benefits under a contract created in California, which also was where his injury occurred.
