A court of the Northern District of Texas granted an insurance agent's motion to dismiss a broker's claims for declaratory judgment and unjust enrichment, finding them duplicative, but denied the agent's motion to dismiss claims for breach of contract, anticipatory repudiation, quantum meruit, and for money had and received arising out of the broker's claims that the MGA failed to pay commissions pursuant to two placement programs.
