Court: SD Tx  07/02/2020  Although Creditor Beneficiaries had Standing to Pursue Declaratory Judgment, an Employee Exclusion Barred Coverage for Contractual Indemnity Claim

The court found that two parties entitled to contractual indemnity from an insured had standing to pursue coverage from an insurer, but an employee injury exclusion barred coverage for their claims for defense costs and indemnity.
