The trial court dismissed the plaintiff's case for want of prosecution, and the plaintiff's attempt to move to reinstate the case failed to include a certificate of service evidencing service on the defendant and, therefore, the motion was a nullity and the deadline to file an appeal of the court's dismissal passed before notice of an appeal was filed. Thus, appellate jurisdiction did not exist.
