Court: 5th Cir  02/26/2020  Fifth Circuit Affirms Legal Malpractice Insurer's Duty to Defend Law Firm and Lawyer

The court found that, while the lawyer's failure to timely accept a Stowers demand occurred prior to the inception of the policy and, therefore, likely triggered a prior knowledge condition, other allegations existed of malpractice that could have occurred after the policy incepted.
