After settling with the tortfeasor's insurer following an automobile accident, an insured brought claim for underinsured motorist coverage under her auto liability policy and filed a coverage lawsuit against the insurer, but because the tortfeasor's liability was not yet established, the insured's claims were not ripe and were dismissed by the District Court.
