Court: ED Tx  08/13/2019  District Court Affirms Magistrate's Denial of Insurer's Motion to Declare Plaintiff a Vexatious Litigant

The district court agreed with the magistrate judge that the fact an insured had been declared a vexatious litigant in Texas state courts did not justify such a finding in federal court when only two different cases were pending in the Eastern District of Texas.
