Court: Tx 14-Houston  03/26/2020  Liability Insurer Prevails on Late Notice Defense

The Court held that the mandatory reporting period of a claims-made-and-reported employment policy was not tolled by the bankruptcy filing of the insured hospital and, therefore, the insurer properly denied coverage for an employee discrimination claim.
