Court: Tx 2-Ft Worth  11/08/2018  Following Remand from the Supreme Court of Texas, Appellate Court Affirms Summary Judgment for Insurer in Homeowner's Dispute

Court finds that other grounds existed for affirming the trial court's summary judgment because the insureds did not provide evidence damage caused solely by a covered peril and failed to segregate their damages between covered and uncovered perils.
