Court: ED Tx  06/15/2018  Northern District Allows Advancement of Defense Costs Under D&O Policy Despite Asset Freeze

In action by the Securities and Exchange Commission against oil and gas companies and principals for defrauding investors, which resulted in freeze of defendants' assets including a directors and officers' liability policy, individual defendants moved for and were granted relief from freeze to allow advancement of defense costs to defendants qualifying as insured persons under the policy.
