A court of the Northern District of Texas denied an insured hospital's motion to remand a coverage lawsuit concerning denial of a COVID-19-related loss under a property policy as a result of COVID-19-related closures, finding no possibility of recovery against the brokers of the policy and requiring dismissal of the brokers, resulting in complete diversity of citizenship between the insured and the insurer.
