Court: ND Tx  05/20/2021  District Court Grants Leave to Insureds to Add Agent as a Party to Horse Racing Coverage Dispute

The court applied Rules 13(h) and 20 of the Rules of Civil Procedure, finding that the insureds' claims against their insurance agent were ripe after an insurer denied coverage to the insureds with regard to their claim for the death of their race horse because of late notice.
