Court: ND Tx  11/14/2019  District Court Denies Insured's Motion to Transfer Venue in Duty to Defend Dispute

The court found that the insured did not meet its burden to show that Abilene was a clearly more convenient venue than Dallas because sources of proof were easily transferable and travel to Dallas was more convenient for willing witnesses to reach than Abilene.
