Court: Tx 1-Houston  11/03/2020  Workers' Compensation Insurer Prevails in Jurisdictional Dispute

The court found that the trial court had jurisdiction to determine the extent of the claimant's injury because the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission's decision focused solely on whether a compensable injury existed but did not make any ruling on the extent of that injury.
