Court: ND Tx  08/02/2019  District Court Finds Defective Construction of Multiple Subcontractors Constitutes a Single Occurrence for General Contractor under Its Liability Insurance Policies

The court applied the cause analysis and found that, for purposes of insurance coverage for the general contractor, all the property damage was caused by a single event at a single facility, which was the defective construction of the general contractor and its subcontractors.
