Court: ND Tx  07/23/2019  District Court Grants Motion to Compel Party's Return of Policy Proceeds to the Court Registry for Payment to Prevailing Party

The court found that the Fifth Circuit's judgment clearly required payment of the entire amount of the policy proceeds to the FDIC without any retention for offset of premiums paid by the policy beneficiary.
