Court: Other  09/28/2020  Florida Federal Court Dismisses COVID-19 Dispute for Failure to Allege Direct Physical Loss or Damage

The court found that, like in cases across the country, the insured failed to plead actual physical damage as a result of the spread of the coronavirus and, therefore, no coverage exists and amending the insured's pleading would be futile.
