Court: Tx 9-Beaumont  03/28/2019  Court of Appeals Finds an Abuse of Discretion in Trial Court's Failure to Limit Discovery in Dispute with TWIA

The court found that the trial court erred in allowing discovery beyond that allowed under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure in that the discovery was overbroad, reaching issues beyond those associated with the specific claim of the insured.
