The Court found that neither the claimant nor the workers' comp insurer had presented sufficient evidence to establish the proper venue for a lawsuit challenging the denial of workers' compensation benefits to an injured professional football player and therefore, the court reversed the judgment for the injured player and remanded to the court to determine the proper venue.
