The Northern District of Texas granted ca ommercial umbrella liability insurer's motion for summary judgment that an absolute pollution exclusion "without question" applied to preclude any duty to defend or indemnify insured quarry operator from enforcement action by the State of New Jersey arising out of the accidental discharge of "rock fines" into a New Jersey stream.
