Court: Tx 13- Corpus/Edbrg  06/20/2019  Appellate Court Affirms Trial Court Judgment for Insurer in Dispute over Workers' Compensation Benefits

The court affirmed that the trial court lacked jurisdiction over the claimant's supplemental income benefits claim because she failed to exhaust her administrative remedies, and the court found that her claim for lifetime income benefits was not supported by more than a scintilla of evidence.
