Court: SD Tx  03/21/2019  District Court Exercises its Discretion in Refusing to Enjoin Insured from Filing Additional Lawsuits against its Insurers

The court reasonsed that, although it did not agree with the insured's claim splitting or maintenance of separate actions against the same parties, the conduct had not been repeated and did not constitute "systematic abuse of the courts."
