Court: Tx 3-Austin  08/27/2020  Workers' Compensation Insurer Prevails in Dispute over Employer's Standing

The court affirmed a trial court ruling that a corporate insured did not have standing to bring a breach of contract claim against the workers' compensation insurer in conjunction with the insured worker's appeal of an administrative finding that the worker's injury was not compensable.
