Court: SD Tx  12/29/2020  Court Grants Insurer's Motion for Summary Judgment on Extra-Contractual Claims but Denies as to Breach of Contract

The Court found that the insurer failed to support judgment on its insured's contractual claims for property damage arising from Hurricane Harvey but that extra-contractual claims brought by the insured should be dismissed.
