Where a hailstorm allegedly damaged property in October 2019 and the insured filed suit in August 2023, the Court held that the insured's breach of contract, insurance code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing claims were all barred by applicable statutes of limitations, granted the insurer's motion for summary judgment without a hearing, and denied the insured's motion for appraisal.
