A Court of the Northern District of Texas denied a commercial general liability insurer's motion to dismiss subrogating insurer's complaint where the complaint sufficiently pleaded facts that could satisfy the movant insurer's additional insured endorsement that extended coverage to contractors that have made a specific written request for additional insured coverage.
