Court: 5th Cir  01/27/2021  Fifth Circuit Vacates District Judgment and Remands Dispute over Auto Policy Deductible Endorsement

The Fifth Circuit agreed with the insurer that the Deductible Endorsement at issue applied to the policy in dispute despite its blank schedule, but the additional insureds were not obligated to pay the deductible under the policy, as it was owed by "you," -- i.e., the named insured.
