Court: ND Tx  07/09/2019  District Court Holds that None of Insured's or Insured's Wife's Claims Under Disability Income Policy Survive Summary Judgment in Disability Income Policy Dispute

A court of the Northern District of Texas granted summary judgment in favor of an insurer under a disability income policy, finding that the insured doctor's wife did not have standing to bring any claims under the policy, holding that the insured doctor's extra-contractual claims were barred by limitations, and determining that there were no questions of material fact to support his breach of contract claim.
