Court: SD Tx  01/06/2020  Court Grants Motion for Summary Judgment in Part in Dispute Regarding Application of Protective Safeguard Endorsement in Property Insurance Policy

The court determined that the insurer's motion for summary judgment should be granted as to real property damage based on the Protective Safeguards Endorsement but that the Texas Anti-Technicality Statute precluded its application to personal property damage.
