Court: Tx 12-Tyler  03/20/2019  Appellate Court Reverses and Renders Judgment for Insurer in Regard to Bad Faith UM/UIM Dispute

Court found that the trial court erred in refusing to sever the insured's extra-contractual claims prior to submission of the case to they jury and that, in any event, theevidence was insufficient to support claims for bad faith and statutory violations.
