Allstate Fire & Casualty Insurance Co. v. Rodriguez
The Court found that the insured was entitled to attorneys' fees under the Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act in an action for uninsured motorist benefits even if the insured also asserted an unripe claim for breach of contract in the same action.
